long overdue post

Well its been AGES!!! since i last did a post, was way to busy living it up and partying.
Jack came up last tuesday, spent the day boarding with him. Was a pretty good day.
Ummmm, spent 6 hrs boarding on my day off on tuesday. Was great fun, spent an hour up the top of summit chair lift with the liftie building a couch and landing.. plus stairs =)

It rained all weekend which was really shit, Rail Jam was hectic as, 2nd guy came out and broke his arm in a few places cause it was way to icey so they closed it down =(…
Also the rain destroyed most of the snow which is gay, however their tipping snow wed-sat which will be awesome. The current forecast is for a blizzard on Wednesday with 25-35cm of snow expected >.<
Also got a new helmet =D hope you all like it.

Day 1

Well I’m finally here, place is really quiet at the moment and my room mate is asleep so I’m out in the bar. Need to find out where everyone hangs out at night. And also make some friends…. LoL
The weather has been good though, it’s still snowing!!! So can’t wait to see how much will have fallen by morning as it doesn’t look like it will stop soon. And it’s absolutely freezing outside, must remember to wear a beanie when I go outside, else my ears will kill me. Also the place is a BIG walk away from the center of town… Not far, but it is all up hill =(.

Final Shipment

Well, it looks like the last lot of my pre-snow goods have arrived =).
Today marked me sitting my 2nd last uni exam for this degree, and i also received my Burton Ronin Cheetah jacket =D!!!!!!!!
As well as the jacket I also got a Camelback 3ltr hydration pack that also has a 25ltr/14ltr backpack.
Very happy with all the gear and can’t wait to finish my last exam tomorrow and start celebrating, then get my butt upto the snow!

Added a link in the top right to my old photography site because some people where looking for it, it links back to this blog as well…. for anyone not able to figure out how to change albums, at the bottom left there is a little icon which is for albums.
Also testing out the RSS feed to Facebook.

Just a quick update, my P-Tex kit from the USA finally arrived so for now my tuning kit is complete.
New stuff is:
-Clear P-Tex
-Stainless Steel Scrapper
-3 Different Chux
-Wax Iron
Also my boots finally arrived. Got a mad set of DC Allegiance boots for only $107!!!!! Not bad considering last year they where worth $600 and on sale atm you can only get them for $400.

Hey all,
Well this is going to be an interesting snow season. Just got the offer today to work at the Arlberg Hotel on mount Buller, will be making pizza’s for the whole season =). Told myself I wouldn’t work in hospitality again…. but its going to let me have an amazing winter, so its worth it.
Hopefully I’ll be joined by both Jack and Ramzey on the mountain, but I may get stuck up there by myself. So it will be an interesting experience. I’ll have to keep everyone posted with all the things that happen and what the weather is like through the whole season.
